By offering riders - who would otherwise not be able to afford an entry - the opportunity to Ride Joburg, we hope to empower riders facing financial constraints to join us on the start line of the 97km road race.

The Virgin Active Ride Joburg event will match the number of entries sponsored, effectively doubling the entries we will give away, to reach 1000 free entries. 

If you genuinely cannot afford to enter this year’s Virgin Active Ride Joburg 97km road race and meet the application criteria (Ts & Cs below), we welcome you to apply below. If you can afford to empower a rider with an entry, we ask you to Pay It Forward and purchase an additional entry here - click on the 97km Road Race tab, and scroll down to the Pay It Forward entry.
